Publication of the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and 2026 Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that it has today sent or otherwise made available to shareholders the following documents:

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the Annual Report);

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 (the Notice of AGM); and

·      Form of Proxy for the 2026 Annual General Meeting (the AGM). 

The Annual Report and the Notice of AGM can also be viewed on the Company's website at www.serco.com.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1 and Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, copies of the above documents (with the Annual Report being in unedited full text) have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Clifford Chance LLP at 10 Upper Bank Street, London, E14 5JJ on Wednesday 22 April 2026 at 10.30am. Please refer to the Notice of AGM for further information.
