Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, as at 31 May 2026, the Company had 136,508,663 C Shares and 239,384,928 Ordinary Shares in issue. Each C Share and each Ordinary Share carries one voting right except for 2,186,344 Ordinary Shares which the Company holds in treasury and carry no voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 373,707,247.

Shareholders should use 373,707,247 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
