At a Board meeting held on 14^th July 2015, James Otter retired as Chairman of the Board and John Hustler was appointed as Chairman. James Otter remains a Director.

Following the 2015 AGM, the Board announced on 15^th May 2015 that it intended to enter into discussions with shareholders regarding the appropriate Board structure to ensure that Hygea is best positioned to maximise its Total Return over the next three year term. The Board announces that it has asked  Richard Roth, a significant shareholder in the company and a Director of the Oxford Technology VCTs, to assist it in this process.

As previously announced, the Board expects to report the result of this exercise when it announces its half year results in September.
