Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 19 March 2026, it purchased 1,300,000 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 540 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 540 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 540 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Panmure Liberum Limited.

The number of shares purchased represented 3.05% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.
