Cancellation of Shares held in Treasury

Schroders plc announces that it has today cancelled 36,866 Non-voting Ordinary Shares previously held in Treasury with immediate effect. The Company has 57,982,365 Non-voting Ordinary Shares and 226,022,400 Ordinary Shares (i.e. with voting rights attached) in issue and following this cancellation, the Company holds no shares in Treasury.
