FoUrth Interim Dividend

The Directors of Schroder Income Growth Fund plc have declared the payment of a fourth interim dividend of 3.90p net per share for the year ended 31 August 2008. This brings total dividends for the year to 8.70p per share, representing an increase of 7.4% over the 8.10p per share paid in respect of the previous financial year.
