The Company provides notification of the following transaction relating to the interests of the below named PDMR in the ordinary shares of nominal value 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company (‘Share(s)’) (ISIN: GB00BVFNZH21).

The transaction arises out of the PDMR’s transfer, for nil consideration, of 73,312 Shares in the Company on 12 October 2026 to the PDMR’s spouse, who is a Person Closely Associated with the PDMR.
