Notification of transaction

by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

The Company provides notification of the following transaction relating to the interests of Mike Pelezo (the Company's Managing Director - Rotork Service and a PDMR) in the ordinary shares of nominal value of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company (the 'Shares').

The transaction arises pursuant to the vesting and release, on 8 April 2026, of a free share award pursuant to the Company's Global Employee Share Plan ('GESP') over 1,105 ordinary shares in the Company (the 'Awards') that were granted to Mike Pelezo on 8 April 2024. Dividend equivalents have been applied to the Awards. Upon vesting and release, the Awards were satisfied by way of a transfer of Shares by the Trustee of the Company's GESP Employee Benefit Trust and such Shares were transferred to Mr Pelezo's Global Nominee Account on the same date.

The following disclosure is given in fulfilment of the Company's obligations under DTR 3.1 and the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
