Director Dealings

Further to the announcements made on 25 March 2026 and 26 March 2026 in relation to the Fundraising, and following First Admission becoming effective at 8.00 a.m. on 31 March 2026, the Company confirms that James Appleby, Non-Executive Chairman, has subscribed for 1,000,000 Placing Shares at the Issue Price of 2.0 pence per new Ordinary Share.

Following the subscription, James Appleby is interested in 6,830,909 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.39% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Conditional on, inter alia, the passing of Resolutions by Shareholders at the General Meeting, notice of which is set out at the end in the Circular, James Appleby has also subscribed for an additional 2,000,000 Placing Shares, and a further announcement will be made as appropriate.

Capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the Circular.

The notification below is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
