Roebuck Food Group plc (AIM: RFG) a group focused on growth and innovation within the food and agribusiness sectors, wishes to clarify that the 7.66% shareholding attributed to Mr Sean O'Driscoll on page 21 of its 2025 Annual Report published on 5 May 2026 and notified by RIS on 23 January 2025 should instead have been noted as being that of Roaring Waters Capital Limited, a company in which Mr O'Driscoll is a director and shareholder.

The directors of the Company accept responsibility for this announcement.
