Paragraph 16.4 notification


In compliance with paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules, I confirm the following
information in relation to Mr. Ted O'Neill, who was elected to the Board of
Directors on 1 May 2003.

In relation to Listing Rules, paragraph 16.4 (a):

Mr. O'Neill does not hold any other directorships in publicly quoted companies.
Within the last five years he was a director of Seafield plc.

In relation to Listing Rules paragraph 16.4 (b) (the details required by
paragraph 6.f.2(b) to (g): I confirm that there are no details under paragraph
6.f.2(b) to (g) to be disclosed.

Mr. O'Neill has not held, prior to his appointment, nor does he have at today's
date a beneficial interest in any Norish units.
