Following the Purchase, Martin Gilbert has an interest in 10,392,000 A Ordinary Shares, representing 6.47% of the voting rights of the issued A Ordinary Shares in the Company (after adjusting for shares held in treasury) and 8,892,500 B Shares, representing 6.18% of the voting rights of the issued B Shares in the Company on the same basis.
