Announcement: RHP & Kier Places repairs partnership

We have reached a mutual agreement to end our repairs partnership with Kier Places, effective from December 2025 at the latest.

Our repairs partner Kier Places has worked hard alongside our team to support our ambitions around our large-scale improvement plan. Despite best efforts from both parties and an ongoing collaborative approach, we have not been able to reach commercial agreements on some aspects of the service, and performance has not been at the standards we aspire to deliver.

On this basis, we have collectively decided to end our partnership.

We will be working closely with Kier Places in the remaining months to bring the contract to an orderly close, and to ensure a smooth transition to the new arrangements we put in place.

We will use the coming months to develop a new service model, which best fits the needs of our customers and their homes.

We will be working with Kier Places to limit any disruption to our customers during this transitionary period.
