RHP Group appoints new Executive Director of Finance

South-West London housing provider RHP Group, has appointed Emma Prince as their new Executive Director of Finance.

This comes after a thorough and competitive recruitment process.

Emma brings with her 19 years' experience in the water industry, acting at a senior level, most recently as Group Finance Director for SES Water.

RHP's Chief Executive Sarah Thomas says: "We're excited to welcome Emma to RHP Group. She has a proven track record of delivering strong financial results, whilst being an inspiring leader and strategic thinker. There is a great deal of cross-over between the water and housing sectors - both being highly regulated environments and providing essential services. I am confident Emma's experience and expertise will help us to maintain our financial strength, whilst bringing a fresh perspective to enable us to keep getting better".

RHP has recently been awarded a V1 viability rating from the Regulator of Social Housing and currently holds a high credit rating in the sector. This appointment comes at a pivotal time for RHP, as they move into the second year of their three-year strategy, where they continue to invest in new and existing homes, as well as focusing on the development of a new repairs model which will bring the service in-house, later in the year.

Emma will join RHP in September 2025.
