First instalment of final Bibiani tranche paid

Resolute Mining Limited (Resolute or the Company) (ASX/LSE: RSG) is pleased to announce that it has received the first payment of $10 million under the deferred payment arrangement for the final tranche of $30 million (plus $2.7 million in respect of an environmental bond) from Asante Gold Corporation(Asante).

The remaining payments due from Asante are:

· payment of $10 million on or before 19 October 2022; and

· payment of $12.7 million and all interest payable on or before 18 November 2022 (see ASX Announcement "Half Year Financial Results and Accounts" dated 25 August 2022 for further details).
