Notice of the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is also being posted to shareholders today and will be available on the Company’s website.

The AGM of the Company will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday 22 October 2026 at the Company’s registered office, Central House, Beckwith Knowle, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG3 1UG.
