The Board of Directors of Reach plc ('the Company') announced today the appointment of Clive Whiley as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 21 September 2026.

Since that time Clive Whiley has acquired a beneficial interest in Reach plc shares, following the purchase of 200,000 Reach plc Ordinary 10p shares by Zodiac Executive Pension Scheme of which Mr Whiley is the sole beneficiary.
