Change of Abri Group Chair

Radian Capital Plc (the Issuer)

£100,000,000 6 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2042;

£100,000,000 4.622 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2044; and

£200,000,000 5.029 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2049

Wayne Morris, Chair of Abri Group, has informed the board of his intention to step down from the board on 31 March 2025 for health reasons.

Wayne was appointed Group Chair in September 2020 and the board would like to thank him for his leadership and successful stewardship of Abri over this period.

The board is pleased to announce that David Montague has been appointed Group Chair of Abri Group with effect from 1 April 2025 for an initial period of 12 months. This will ensure a smooth transition and provide continuity. David has been a non-executive director of Abri Group since 2022.
