The Company announces the following transactions by Directors and PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 8 1/6 pence each ("Shares") which took place on 18 May 2026 and 19 May 2026, in connection with the Company's final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("2025 Final Dividend").

The Company also announces that Andrew Ross, a Non-executive Director and PDMR of the Company, acquired 27,100 Shares on 20 May 2026 at £1.85903 per Share.
