Company appoints digital asset treasury management partner Archax

Shortwave Life Sciences PLC (PSY), quoted on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market, the UK's leading healthcare company focused on developing innovative treatments for anorexia nervosa, is pleased to announce the appointment of Archax Ltd as exchange, broker and custodian of digital assets.

In July the Company announced it would complete a comprehensive business review to strengthen its strategic framework for growth. As part of its digital asset treasury management strategy the Company reviewed a range of digital asset partners and appointed Archax. The Company has now completed the onboarding process.

The Company will now progress calling its Annual General Meeting, to seek shareholder approval to commence activating a digital asset treasury management policy, amongst other ordinary resolutions to be put to shareholders.

Executive Director Stephen Molloy said "Archax are explicitly FCA-regulated across the range of digital asset services we require, to provide us the level of institutional-grade protection and client services we look for from our partners".
