Director/PDMR Shareholding

The PRS REIT announces that it was notified on 8 December 2025 that Roderick MacRae, Non-executive Director of the Company, disposed of 124,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). 

As a result, Mr MacRae's total interest in the Company is now 1,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0002 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
