The Directors announce that on 14 February 2012, in accordance with the terms of the Tender Offer pursuant to the Circular dated 8 December 2011, the Company purchased 655,309 ordinary shares of 5p each for cancellation, representing 2.39% of the issued ordinary share capital, at a price of 47.7p per share.

Under the terms of the Tender Offer, the proceeds will be invested in the Offer for Subscription that opened on 8 December 2011. Shares in this respect are expected to be allotted on 15 February 2012.
