Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that it received notification on 24 April 2026 that Rupert Labrum, Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred a total of 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") from his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") to his own individual savings account ("ISA") at a price of 3.60 pence per share. In addition, Susan Labrum, a person closely associated to Mr Labrum, transferred a total of 1,000,000 Shares from her SIPP to her own ISA at a price of 3.60 pence per share.  Further details are set out in the Notification of Dealing Form below.

Following the above transactions the number and beneficial ownership of Shares held by Mr Labrum and his closely related persons is unchanged.

The Directors of the Company are responsible for the release of this announcement.
