CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') announces that it was notified on 8 June 2006 of
the following acquisition of the Company's ordinary shares of 5 pence each,
which acquisition was made on 8 June 2006.


Julian Jakobi acquired 42,500 shares at 28 pence each. His consequent holding of
ordinary shares in the company is 4,336,246 being 15.0% of the issued share
capital.
