Director Appointment

Laura Wand has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2026.

Laura is an American citizen and trained as a mechanical engineer. She had a successful 37-year career at Johnson Controls International Plc in a range of product and General Management roles culminating in Vice President and General Manager of the global $2.5bn+ Applied HVAC Equipment business. She retired from Johnson Controls in 2020 and served as CEO at Shield T3 LLC, a large scale, rapid response Covid testing service. She retired from executive work in 2021.

Laura lives in Pennsylvania USA and now has a portfolio of non-executive roles including directorships at York Water Company (NASDAQ), Burnham Holdings Inc (OTC) and Nordic PE-owned IMPREG Group as well as Senior Advisor at TowerBrook Capital Partners, a London and New York based private equity firm with over $30bn AUM.

On appointment, Laura will join the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of Porvair.

Porvair confirms that there are no further matters in relation to Laura Wand's appointment to be disclosed pursuant to the requirements of paragraph 6.4.8 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
