Annual Report & AGM Notice

7 May 2026 - Poolbeg Pharma (AIM: POLB, 'Poolbeg' or the 'Company'), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company with a core focus on transforming the cancer immunotherapy field, confirms that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2025 and the notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today.

The Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of AGM and accompanying form of proxy will shortly be available to download from the Company's website: https://www.poolbegpharma.com/     

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Gravita at Aldgate Tower, 2 Leman Street, London, E1 8FA on 9 June 2026 at 12 noon.
