Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company was notified yesterday that, on 01 October 2014, Ms Marianne Daryabegui, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 2,597 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of £3.823 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 19 September 2014.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.0008% of the issued share capital of the Company, Ms Daryabegui holds 2,597 Shares, representing 0.0008% of the issued share capital of the Company.
