Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company announces that on 7 and 8 September 2011, Mr Gordon Graham, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, completed the exercise of options granted under the SOCO 1997 Company Share Option Plan to acquire a total of 80,000 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each which were then sold in the open market on 7 and 8 September 2011 at an average sale price of £3.562.
