The Company announces that the Offer for Subscription for up to £40 million of B Ordinary Shares with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £20 million of B Ordinary Shares (the "Offer") will close at 9.00am on Wednesday 27th May 2026 which is the deadline for receipt of applications and cleared funds.
