AGM Results

The Company is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held on 1 June 2016 at 12:00 noon all resolutions laid before the meeting were duly passed.

The dividend payment approved by the AGM of 2.0 pence per share will be paid on 1 June 2016 to all shareholders recorded on the register of members of the Company as at 20 May 2016.
