Refinancing

Peel Hotels Plc (the "Company") announces that the Company has agreed with its bankers, Royal Bank of Scotland Plc, to extend its current facilities (scheduled to expire in June 2014) to June 2017; in conjunction with which agreement, the holders of the Company's £850,000 7% Unsecured Loan Notes 2013 (the "Loan Notes") have agreed to extend the repayment date of the Loan Notes to December 2017.
