Dividend Payment

Peel Hotels PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce a dividend payment of 1.5 pence per share payable to all shareholders on 3 June 2015. The ex-dividend date is 21 May 2015 and the record date is 22 May 2015.

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval which will be sought at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 3 June 2015.
