                              DIVIDEND RECORD DATE

In its prelims released earlier today, the Company specified that the record
date for its proposed dividend would be 20 April 2004. The record date will in
fact be 23 April 2004, so the dividend will, if approved by shareholders, be
paid on 14 May 2004 to shareholders on the register at 23 April 2004.
