                             Director shareholding

The Company received notification today from Norbert Petersen that on 29 January
2004 he sold, for tax planning reasons, 218,000 ordinary shares in the Company
(equivalent to 1.80 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital) at a price
of 87p per share. Mr Petersen's holding is now 42,131 ordinary shares Company
(equivalent to 0.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital).
