PayPoint plc - Interim Dividend

The board of directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") have declared an interim dividend of  11.4 pence per ordinary share for the 26 weeks ended 30 September 2013. The interim dividend will be paid on 19 December 2013 to those shareholders on the register on 6 December 2013 with the associated ex-dividend date being 4 December 2013.
