The Notes are admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange plc and to trading on its regulated market.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Portfolio Option Holder has exercised the Portfolio Purchase Option and the Issuer will redeem all the Notes and Certificates at their then Principal Amount Outstanding together with accrued (and unpaid) interest on 27 April 2026, pursuant to Condition 7.4 (Mandatory Redemption in full pursuant to the exercise of the Portfolio Purchase Option).
