PA Housing Group Chief Executive to step down

Paragon Asra Housing Limited ("PA Housing") is the parent company of Paragon Treasury Plc and a Registered Provider owning and managing over 24,600 homes in London, Surrey and the East Midlands.

PA Housing is announcing that its Group Chief Executive (CEO), Michael McDonagh, will be stepping down in Q1 2026.

Michael will leave having overseen a pivotal change in strategy and the Board is immensely grateful for his tenacity, leadership and relentless commitment over the last three years. We wish him every success and happiness in his future endeavours.

The Board and Executive team will ensure we provide stability and continuity during this period for all our stakeholders and partners in continuing to deliver our strategy. We have some time to consider our options to build on the foundations laid in the last few years and will make announcements about future leadership in due course.
