Dividend of 2.5p per share

The Company announces that it will be paying an interim dividend of 2.5 pence on each ordinary share.  This follows the sale of its holding in Telegesis Ltd.

The ex-dividend date is 21^st January 2016.

The record date for the dividend is 22^nd January 2016.

The payment date is 19^th February 2016.
