and a Person Closely Associated with them (PCA)

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology group, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering, was notified on 6 March 2026 that Mr Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chair and Ms Elaine Sullivan, a Person Closely Associated (PCA) of Mr Bullard, have together purchased, in aggregate, 55,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the Shares), at an average price of 49.5 pence per Share.

As a result of these trades, Mr Bullard holds 245,000 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.21% of the Company's issued share capital, while Ms Sullivan holds 185,000 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.16% of the Company's issued share capital.
