Optare plc - Change of director

Optare plc, the specialist bus and coach manufacturer, announces that Chief Executive, Andrew Brian, has resigned his position with immediate effect for personal reasons. John Fickling, has moved to Executive Chairman and Mike Dunn, the Chief Finance Officer, has assumed the role of Chief Executive on an interim basis. The Board has commenced the process to find a permanent replacement and will make a further announcement in due course.
