The Company is pleased to announce that David Maughan will join the Board as a non-executive director on 25 September 2008. 

Mr Maughan (56) joins from VW Group where he has been Purchase Director for UK, Ireland and Scandinavia since 2006.   During the period 1998 to 2006 he was Supply Chain Director at Bentley Motors.

Andrew Brian, the Company's Chief Executive said:

'We are very pleased to welcome David to the Board where we believe that his wide ranging skill and experience in automotive purchasing will be invaluable and we look forward to working with him.'

Save as disclosed below there are no additional disclosures to be made in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM rules for David Maughan.
