US$250,000,000 Perpetual Tier 1 Capital Securities

(the "Capital Securities")
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Condition 9.1(b) (Bank's Call Option) of the terms and conditions of the Capital Securities (the "Conditions"), as set out in the Offering Circular dated 2 June 2021, the Bank will redeem the Capital Securities in whole, but not in part, on 4 June 2026 (being the First Call Date) at the Early Redemption Amount in accordance with the Conditions.
The Bank will request the London Stock Exchange's International Securities Market (the "ISM") to cancel the listing of the Capital Securities on the ISM.
Capitalised terms used in this Redemption Notice that are not otherwise defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Conditions.
