Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of its final results for the year ended 30 November 2012, the Company confirms that, subject to its approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, the final dividend of 1.7 p per share will be paid on 24 May 2013 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 26 April 2013.
