Proposed final dividend - record date

Further to the RNS announcement of the Final Results of Octopus AIM VCT plc on 7 June 2012 at 16.58 the dividend declaration should have stated that
Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 2.5p per ordinary share will be paid on 26 July 2012 to shareholders registered in the books of the Company on 29 June 2012.
