The Board of Numis has been informed by Mr Tom H Bartlam, a non-executive of Numis, that he resigned on 23 June 2010 as a director of F&C UK Select Trust plc along with the other directors of that company. 

F&C UK Select Trust plc has been placed into members' voluntary liquidation as a result of the company having failed to meet its performance targets for the two year period ended 31 December 2009.
