Paris, France, and Manchester, UK - 1 September 2026 - Novacyt S.A. (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international molecular diagnostics company with a broad portfolio of integrated technologies and services, announces that it has entered into a Master Collaboration Agreement ("MCA" or "Agreement") with Illumina (NASDAQ: ILMN) a global leader in DNA sequencing and array-based technologies, for an initial five-year term.

 

The Agreement establishes a framework under which the parties may explore potential future collaboration in areas of mutual interest, subject to separate written project agreements. Novacyt will provide expertise complementary to Illumina, to allow exploration of deeper product development and commercial collaboration. Novacyt looks forward to providing updates on any material developments arising from the relationship as appropriate.
