DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Further to previous announcements, Northern Venture Trust PLC ("the Company") confirms that John Hustler retired as chairman and as a director of the Company at the conclusion of the annual general meeting held on 18 December 2014.  Mr Hustler is succeeded as chairman by Simon Constantine, who was appointed as a director of the Company in 2012.  Mr Constantine has also been appointed as chairman of the Company's management engagement committee and nomination committee.
