The Board of Northacre PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Vesty
to the Group Board as Development and Operations Director with immediate effect.

Paul Vesty (34) has worked in the field of Development and Project Management
for over 10 years. He joined Northacre in 1999. Prior to that, he led the London
operation of MPM Capita, a leading Project Management Consultancy. From 1992 to
1997, Mr. Vesty was an Associate Partner at Watts & Partners, having started at
the AYH Partnership upon graduation in 1987.
