                               FURTHER LISTING

Application has been made for a further 2,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in
the Company to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market
pursuant to the exercise of warrants in the Company. It is expected that
dealings in these new ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing Ordinary Shares, will commence on 16 February 2001.
