Transaction in Own Shares and TVR

  

The Company announces that on the 25 September 2026, it purchased 65,000 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares) for cancellation at a price of 418 pence per share and a further 262,323 Ordinary Shares for cancellation at a price of 418.91 pence per share. The settlement date is 29 September 2026.

 

Following the above purchases and subsequent cancellation of the shares, the Company's issued share capital as at 25 September 2026 will consist of 124,672,677 Ordinary shares with voting rights.

 

The above figure of 124,672,677 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
